There is no big-game bash in Lubbock without one very specific, very Hub-City staple. And yes, chicken wings are a classic…but unless you’re ordering in, they are a hassle and a half.

But absolutely nothing—nothing—is more universal, more expected, more Lubbock-built than chips and dip. And I know, I know…I hate calling salsa “dip,” too, but functionally that’s what we’re talking about here. It’s the foundation of every snack table in the 806.
